Sofia is a compassionate Nurse Practitioner with a strong clinical foundation in emergency and primary care. She is dedicated to delivering comprehensive, holistic care and empowers her patients to become active partners in their health through personalized education and collaborative decision-making.

Sofia provides care across all ages and is deeply passionate about healthy living for longevity, vitality, and quality of life across the lifespan. Her person-centered approach is multi-modal and adaptable to each stage of life, always prioritizing dignity and individualized support for every patient.

Sofia's admission to the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, along with her recognition as a National Bank Research Award recipient for organizational quality improvement, reflects both her academic excellence and her commitment to enhancing the patient care experience. She is devoted to translating emerging evidence into meaningful, real-world practice that improves patient wellbeing.
