About Our Yorkville Clinic
Our Yorkville clinic sits at 162 Cumberland St, right in the heart of Bloor-Yorkville. It's a 2-minute walk from Bay Station on Line 2, making it easy to reach from anywhere in the city. Whether you live in Yorkville, the Annex, Rosedale, or Summerhill, you can get to us quickly by subway, on foot, or by car.
This was our first location, and it's where Care& started. We chose Yorkville because the neighborhood needed a family practice that actually works for busy people. Not a walk-in clinic with rotating doctors. Not a 5-minute appointment where you feel rushed out the door. A real family practice where your Nurse Practitioner knows your name, your history, and your health goals.
The clinic has private consultation rooms, an on-site lab for blood work, and a comfortable waiting area. Appointments run 30 minutes as standard, and they start on time. You can book in person or switch to a phone or video visit if that's easier. Either way, you see the same NP every time.
We serve members from across Midtown Toronto, including Bloor-Yorkville, the Annex, Rosedale, Summerhill, Deer Park, and the wider Bay Street corridor. Many of our members work downtown and stop by before or after work. Others live nearby and appreciate having a family practice they can walk to.
