Executive Medicine is intentionally limited. We cap the number of members so appointment lead times stay short and every member gets real time with their clinician. This is not a faster version of family practice. It is built for people whose time does not bend easily around a clinic schedule.

Your care is delivered by Alexandra Milne, NP, Chief Medical Officer of Care& Family Health, with over seven years of clinical experience across primary care, women’s health and chronic disease management.
A Small Roster, On Purpose
We limit Executive Medicine membership. This is not a marketing line. It is how we keep virtual appointments often available same day and in-person waits short. When the roster is full, new members join a waitlist.

Virtual appointments are often available same day, and in-person visits get priority in the schedule.
Appointments Matched to the Visit
Thirty minutes for focused concerns, sixty minutes for complex or first visits. Enough time to be thorough without wasting yours.
Priority NP Messaging
Send your Nurse Practitioner non-urgent questions through secure messaging in the member portal. Your messages get priority and are answered within one business day.
Annual Executive Health Assessment
A thorough evaluation with advanced screening, a review of your history and risk profile, and a written plan with clear priorities for the year ahead. We track it year over year.
Prevention We Manage, Not You
We build your screening calendar and initiate it. Cancer screening, cardiometabolic markers, immunizations. You do not have to remember what is due.
Every Result, Explained
You hear about every result, normal or not, in plain language. Abnormal results are reviewed and triaged within one business day.
Referrals Handled End to End
We identify the right specialist, coordinate the referral, send the records and follow up. After an ER visit or hospital stay, we reach out within 72 hours.
