Everything you want to know before getting started

Is Care& covered by OHIP?

No, Care& is a private clinic and isn't covered by OHIP. Your membership covers unlimited appointments, on-site lab services, and full access to the Care& app. Most extended health plans do reimburse NP visits, so check with your insurer.

Can I use my private health insurance?

Many private health insurance plans cover Nurse Practitioner services. We provide detailed receipts you can submit to your insurer for reimbursement. Coverage varies by plan, so check with your insurance company.

Is HST included in the prices?

HST is not included in the displayed prices. Healthcare services are subject to HST in Ontario. Your total annual cost for a Family Practice membership is $450 + HST ($508.50 total).

What is your cancellation policy?

Pay-Per-Visit appointments require at least 4 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. With proper notice, you receive a credit toward a future appointment. Family Practice members have flexible cancellation with no 4-hour rule. Membership refunds are available within the first 30 days with a $20 administrative fee, provided no services have been used since the last renewal.

Can I pay monthly instead of annually?

Yes. Family Practice membership is available at $50/month with a 1-year commitment.
