Your annual membership includes unlimited appointments, phone & video visits, on-site lab testing, and prescription management. Membership is per person, not per family.
Care& operates outside the OHIP system to give you what matters most: longer appointments (30+ minutes vs 5-10), appointments that start on time, and unlimited visits with the same provider who knows your history. Your membership lets us focus on your health, not billing codes.
Cancellation: Family Practice members have flexible cancellation. Pay-per-use patients require at least 4 hours notice. Late cancellations for pay-per-visit visits may result in a lost appointment credit.
Refund Policy: Membership fees are non-refundable but appointments can be rescheduled anytime.
Controlled Substances: Require active Family Practice membership.
