Everything You Need, One Simple Price
Your annual membership covers your day-to-day family practice. No per-visit fees, no surprise bills, no waiting weeks to be seen.
Most families see their provider 5 to 8 times a year. With Care&, every one of those visits is included. So is lab work, follow-ups, and direct access to your NP between appointments.

What's Not Included
Care& covers your day-to-day family practice needs. These services are handled elsewhere.
Emergency or Hospital Care
For emergencies, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department. We're a family practice clinic, not an urgent care or ER.
Specialist Visits
We provide referrals to specialists when needed, but specialist visits themselves are billed separately through OHIP or the specialist's office.
Prescription Medication Costs
We manage your prescriptions and handle refills with one click. The cost of the medication itself is paid at your pharmacy.
Dental or Vision Care
Dental and vision services aren't part of our practice. We can refer you to trusted providers if needed.
Services Requiring OHIP Billing
Care& is not covered by OHIP. Services that require OHIP billing (like certain diagnostic imaging) are handled through external facilities.
