What Pay-Per-Visit Does NOT Include
- Controlled substances: These require a Family Practice membership so your NP can monitor you properly over time
- On-site lab testing: Lab work is only available with Family Practice membership
- Phone or video visits: Only available to Family Practice members
- Chronic disease management: Ongoing conditions need a Family Practice membership for consistent follow-up
- Emergencies: For anything life-threatening, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room

If you need more than 4 visits a year, ongoing care, or access to controlled medications and lab services, Family Practice membership at $450/year is the better deal. It pays for itself after just 5 visits.
