Alexandra Milne is an academically appointed Nurse Practitioner and Chief Medical Officer specializing in family medicine, with a strong foundation in pediatrics and mental health. As the Chief Medical Officer at Care& Family Health in Toronto, she leads a multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering patient-centered, evidence-based care across all ages and life stages. Her clinical expertise spans procedural family medicine, women's health, menopause management, paediatrics and infancy, perinatal and postpartum care, and mental health.

She holds an adjunct lecturer appointment at the University of Toronto, where she mentors and precepts future nurse practitioners. Her academic contributions include several peer-reviewed publications exploring implicit bias, clinical education, and stigma reduction in healthcare, which have appeared in Academic Medicine, Academic Psychiatry, Advances in Health Sciences Education, and Perspectives on Medical Education.
