Stephanie Ly, MN, NP-PHC

Stephanie Ly is a compassionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioner with a background in pediatric nursing, transplant nursing, and primary health care. She is passionate about providing comprehensive, evidence-informed care across the lifespan, with particular interests in preventive care, women's health, sexual and reproductive health, and pediatric care.

Stephanie completed her Master of Nursing and Primary Health Care Nurse Practitioner degree at Toronto Metropolitan University, gaining experience across primary care. Her diverse clinical training has given her a broad perspective on health and wellness.

Stephanie believes healthcare is a partnership built on trust, open communication, and shared decision-making. She takes the time to understand each patient's concerns, goals, and unique circumstances, and strives to create a welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable asking questions and actively participating in their care.

Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys practicing and teaching yoga, playing tennis and beach volleyball, and discovering good food spots around Toronto.
