Your Men's Health Specialist

Cody Lanteigne, NP
Family Nurse Practitioner
Men's Health & Sexual HealthCody is a nurse practitioner at our Yorkville clinic with a focus on men's hormonal and sexual health. He takes the time to understand your full picture. Labs, history, goals, and lifestyle. Then he builds a plan around it.
Appointments run long on purpose. 60 minutes for your initial assessment, 45 minutes for your follow-up. Enough room to actually get somewhere.
Two packages. One clear path.
We built the Men's Peak Performance Program in two stages. You start with Discovery so we can see the whole picture. If treatment is the right move, you step into the Treatment Plan and stay properly monitored from there. You don't commit to treatment up front. You commit to finding out what's actually going on.
The Discovery Plan
$350 · One-timeThis is where every man in the program starts. A proper workup, not a 10-minute check-in.
- Discovery Plan Intake (60 min) with your care provider
- Same-day lab appointment for a full panel
- Discovery Plan Follow-up (45 min) to review your results and map next steps
- Personalized executive health report
If you decide at the follow-up that you want to move forward with treatment, you can start the Treatment Plan that same day.
Treatment Plan
$200 · Every 3 monthsFor men on an active prescription. Each renewal covers your ongoing monitoring and care.
- Treatment Plan Review (30 min) with your care provider (in-person, video, or telemedicine)
- Same-day lab appointment as clinically indicated
- Treatment Plan Follow-Up (15 min) as clinically indicated
First follow-up is 6 weeks after starting treatment, then every 12 weeks. Staying current is what keeps your prescription active.
Men's health was built on outdated science.
For decades, the standard approach to men's health was “wait until it breaks.” Low energy, poor sleep, weight gain, brain fog, weaker workouts. All of it waved off as normal aging.
Specifically, the myth that Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) causes prostate cancer or the enlargement of the prostate has been disproven by modern research. We now know that balanced hormones are not only safe for prostate health when managed correctly, but they are also very important for protecting your heart, metabolism, and brain health as you age.
At Care& Family Health, we believe your health should be managed with the same level of care and attention that you would bring to any other high-priority aspect of your life.

“Normal for your age” isn't a plan.
The truth is that feeling tired, having brain fog, or slow recovery are not just “part of getting older.” These are often signs of health gaps that we can now address safely.
Cardiovascular Health
Balanced hormones support heart and metabolic function as you age, as part of a broader preventive strategy.
Brain & Cognitive Health
Energy, focus, and mental clarity. Not things you should be giving up in your 40s and 50s.
Strength & Recovery
Proper hormonal balance supports muscle, recovery, and the ability to stay active.
Mood & Sleep
Low testosterone is closely linked to poor sleep and mood changes. Fixing the root cause matters.
This program is not for everyone.
TRT is a serious medical intervention and it isn't the right move for every man. We do not initiate treatment in men with untreated or active prostate cancer, a history of or active male breast cancer, uncontrolled polycythemia, untreated severe sleep apnea, active cardiovascular events within the last 6 months, or untreated severe lower urinary tract symptoms.
TRT also isn't the only option. For some men, particularly younger patients or those planning to have children, other approaches may be a better fit. Clomiphene (Clomid) and HCG stimulate your body to produce more of its own testosterone naturally and may preserve fertility better than TRT. Lifestyle changes like improving sleep, building strength, and managing weight can also meaningfully raise testosterone levels on their own.
Cody screens for contraindications at your Discovery appointment and will walk through all available options with you. If TRT isn't clinically appropriate, he'll say so and help you figure out the right next step.
