
Rubeana Deol, BScN, MN, NP-PHC
Family Nurse Practitioner
Rubeana is a Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong foundation in primary care and a passion for preventative, patient-centered health. With experience in emergency medicine, psychiatry, and critical care, she brings a truly holistic approach to family practice, combining evidence-based care with functional medicine principles to help patients take charge of their health before illness develops.
Rubeana completed her BScN at McMaster University and her MN and Nurse Practitioner training at D'Youville College in Buffalo. Her time in emergency care opened her eyes to how often patients seek help too late, fueling her mission to focus on prevention, education, and comprehensive primary care.
As a Professor at Seneca Polytechnic, she's also passionate about shaping the next generation of nurses, emphasizing practical skills, critical thinking, and compassionate communication.
Known for her warm, approachable style, Rubeana is deeply committed to building trust, creating safe spaces, and ensuring every patient feels heard, validated, and empowered throughout their wellness journey.
Outside the clinic and classroom, you'll find her on the volleyball court or training for her next half marathon.
