Best decision I’ve ever made! I have had many unfortunate experiences of trusting my care and health with past family doctors; only to feel disappointed and frustrated after every visit. At Care&… it’s a dream. You have little to no wait time, the admin staff are all pleasant and nice, you can book appointments for the next day, you have access to your lab reports (it’s not some ridiculous secret) and their attention and focus is on YOU. I can’t see myself needing or wanting to change clinics ever again – and what a relief! Thank you Care&. You’re all rockstars.

Very happy to have found this place, it’s the most modern and clean facility that I have been in since I arrived to Canada, easy booking process, attentive practitioner, and what I have liked the most is that you have direct access to all your records in the app, after bad experiences with walk in clinics and family practices that charge you to have a copy of your own results. We offer secure online payment through our website or app using major credit cards. For those who prefer not to pay the full amount at once, we can discuss potential options for quarterly payments in certain circumstances. Your membership is automatically set for renewal after 12 months to ensure continuous care, though you’ll receive advance notification and can opt out of auto-renewal if desired. The upfront payment model allows us to focus on providing quality care rather than processing transactions at each visit, while offering significant savings compared to our pay-per-visit rate for patients who anticipate using our services more than 4-5 times per year.

Yes, you can cancel your Care& Family Practice membership at any time, though our refund policy depends on how recently you’ve joined and whether you’ve used our services. If you cancel within 30 days of joining and haven’t used any services, we offer a full refund minus a $50 administration fee. If you’ve used services or are beyond the 30-day window but within six months of joining, we provide a prorated refund for the unused portion of your membership minus the administration fee. After six months, memberships are generally non-refundable. Since our memberships are set for automatic renewal, you can opt out of renewal any time before your renewal date through your account settings or by contacting our helpdesk. If you’re considering cancellation due to a specific concern, we encourage you to contact us first, as we’re often able to address issues and improve your experience.

We understand wanting to experience our care before committing to a membership, which is why we offer our Episodic Healthcare service at $100 per visit. This option allows you to book a single appointment with one of our Nurse Practitioners without any membership commitment. Many of our current members started with a single episodic appointment to get comfortable with our clinical environment and care approach before deciding to join the Family Practice membership. If you decide to upgrade to our Family Practice membership within 30 days of your episodic visit, we’ll apply your $100 episodic payment toward your membership fee. During your episodic visit, our providers can explain the benefits of membership and answer any questions about our services, so you can make an informed decision. This “try before you join” approach ensures you feel confident in your healthcare choice before making a longer-term commitment.

While Care& Family Health services aren’t covered by OHIP, many patients receive partial or full reimbursement through private health insurance plans. Coverage typically comes through healthcare spending accounts (HSAs), wellness benefits, or specific paramedical benefits that include Nurse Practitioner services. Many employer extended health plans and professional association benefits cover our services, though coverage varies by insurer and plan.
