Parents or guardians can create and manage accounts for children, with full access to book appointments, view lab results, message providers, and request prescription refills on their behalf. For adult family members, you can be designated as a caregiver. Each family member requires their own Family Practice membership or pays separately for Episodic care. This family management system balances convenience with privacy considerations, allowing coordinated care while maintaining appropriate boundaries for sensitive health information.

Accessing your lab results through the Care& app is simple and immediate. Once your lab results are processed by the external laboratory (typically 24-72 hours after sample collection), they’re automatically uploaded to your secure patient profile, and you’ll receive a push notification alerting you that new results are available. To view them, simply log into the app, navigate to the “My Health” section, and select “Lab Results” where you’ll see all your test results organized chronologically with the newest on top. Results are displayed in an easy-to-understand format with visual indicators showing whether values fall within normal ranges, though your Nurse Practitioner will also review and interpret all results within 24 hours of receipt. You’ll receive a notification when your refill has been approved and sent.
